How long does Process
All order are processed within 3-4 days. As a small business operating Thursday- Sunday, Processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or new product launches.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders through USPS, FEDEX, and UPS
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free shipping on orders of $70 or more ( before tax and discounts)
How can I track my orders?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number . You can follow your package’s progress directly through the carriers website
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@sarahshands.net. If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to make changes, and Sarah’s Hands is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of hair care products, we do not accepts returns on used or opened items
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you, If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will gladly offer a replacement, refund, or exchange.
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue along with photos.
Can I return an unopened product?
If the product is unopened and unused, Please email us. We handle these on a case by case basis to ensure fairness and safety
Are your products safe for all hair types?
Our formulas are created with intention and high quality ingredients designed to support textured hair, but they can be used by a variety of hair types. Every individual’s hair may respond differently

Each product page includes a full ingredient list. Transparency is important to us, and we want you to feel confident in what you’re using

We use a blend of safe, effective, and science backed ingredients- including botanicals, humectants, and conditioning agents- to deliver hydration and performance.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, Sarah’s Hands does not test on animals
