How long does Process

All order are processed within 3-4 days. As a small business operating Thursday- Sunday, Processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or new product launches.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders through USPS, FEDEX, and UPS

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping on orders of $70 or more ( before tax and discounts)

How can I track my orders?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number . You can follow your package’s progress directly through the carriers website

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@sarahshands.net. If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to make changes, and Sarah’s Hands is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses
